In his role, Hutchins will serve as Chair of both the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Hutchins is Chairman of North Island and North Island Ventures and a co-founder of Silver Lake. He also serves as Lead Independent Director of Banco Santander S.A. and currently serves as a director of AT&T Inc., as well as a member of the Investment Board and the International Advisory Board of GIC, the sovereign wealth fund of Singapore.
